MEET THE FOUNDER
Marcus Oats is a seasoned acquisition professional with over 25 years of experience in government acquisitions. He has held pivotal roles in the Department of Defense, United States Congress, and other agencies within the National Capitol Region. His expertise includes policy analysis, legislative affairs, program management, and contract support, showcasing his exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
Marcus holds several certifications, including Level III Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act certifications, Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), and Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP). He is also a graduate of Georgetown University's Government Affairs Institute and holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.
